I was watching a few videos from a french Naturopathic doctor named Irene Grosjean (see below / english subtitles). I love the way she provides information about nutrition. She is so direct, straightforward and has a no-nonsense way to her. In one of her videos, she explained how “dead foods” may also kill you. Most people today still don’t know that fact and think that eating fried foods everyday is fine. What’s good to understand, is that “cooked” foods are “dead” vs. raw foods are “alive”. That’s a basic information, but good to keep in mind. And what’s fascinating is that food (like everything else) has a vibrational frequency. Low frequency foods will make you feel bad (and could cause diseases). High frequency foods will make you feel better and have healing properties. The expression “you are what you eat”, is absolutely true! Think about what you eat on a regular basis and then think about how you feel. Do you only eat fried, cooked foods and lots of meat ? How is your energy level ? If you feel okay, well it might be a matter of time before your body “signals” that something is wrong. If you’re not feeling your best, eating high frequency foods can help. Some frequencies are known to “repel diseases”.
A healthy body frequency is 62-72 MHz. When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. When the immune system is compromised, then your body is unable to properly fight diseases. Disease starts at: 58 MHz, Colds and Flu start at: 57-60 MHz, Candida overgrowth starts at: 55 MHz, Receptive to Epstein Barr at: 52 MHz, Receptive to Cancer at: 42 MHz, Death begins at: 25 MHz. You want to “elevate your frequency” as much as possible. What can help to raise your frequency? Fresh, organic, raw, fruits and vegetables. Also, some essential oils can help. “According to Dr. Royal R. Rife, every disease has a frequency. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy disease. Substances with higher frequency will destroy diseases of a lower frequency.(…) Essential oils start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 Hz, which is the frequency of rose oil. Clinical research shows that therapeutic grade essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc., cannot live.”

That’s one of the basic understanding that I’ve learned (and I wish I had known this a long time ago). Everyone should try to understand this first. Incorporating more fresh foods in your diet will make much more sense. If I had known about this when I was a teenager, I would have been happy to eat my “greens” (all of them!). I would have probably begged my parents to “make sure I have more raw foods for breakfast, lunch and diner” Now I know, bueno. When I learned about this fundamental fact, everything changed. I started to try all kinds of delicious recipes. I’m not a raw vegan (or a vegan)…I wish I was, but I have significantly improved my diet. I also learned about food combining and why it’s important to eat fruits “alone” (but that’s for another post).
