My delicious tofu scramble recipe

Here is my easy and delicious tofu scramble recipe:


  • 1 cup of cubed tofu (firm)
  • Minced garlic
  • Onions
  • Green pepper
  • Red pepper
  • 2 tbsp of white vinegar
  • Gluten free soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • Optional: 1 scotch bonnet pepper (hot)

Add all the ingredients – except for the tomato sauce – in a container and let it marinate for an hour or overnight. When ready to cook, add the mix to a frying pan, add some olive oil and cook for 5 mins (medium heat). Then add the tomato sauce to the mix and let it simmer for another 5 mins.
